Berlin-Wheeler, Inc. was organized April 1, 1951 and was incorporated in Kansas on June 8, 1961, as a full-service
collection agency. We are located at 2942-A SW Wanamaker Drive, Suite 200, Topeka, Kansas.

Originally, Berlin-Wheeler provided debt collection and account receivable management services primarily for medical,
dental and hospital clients. Over the years, our company has expanded to include other collection areas such as public
utilities, retail, commercial, credit card, business and personal property taxes. To support an expanding clientele base,
we have developed outbound call center services to aid in accelerating payments of debt, as well as extensive inbound call
center services. We continue to design and implement custom call center applications and currently host call center
applications for multiple remote client sites. With over half a century of experience, Berlin-Wheeler strives to meet and
exceed expectations, while providing the premier service your company deserves.
