Through a sophisticated automated algorithm, numbers are predetermined and programmed for dialing. When a connection is made, the account instantly appears on the collectors computer screen.


Our intelligent call distribution system eliminates frustration, procrastination and operator error, thus increasing productivity and cash flow. Our call center application allows blending of inbound calls as well as predictive outbound to increase contact with your customer. Based on client requirements, calls are processed by service representatives, recorded at your request, or via pre-recorded message services.
